Urabá continues to establish itself as an attractive destination for exploration, responsible tourism, and the observation of our natural richness. For several years, the region has regularly welcomed the National Geographic Quest, a luxury expedition ship specially designed for scientific and environmental exploration 🔬🌱.

This vessel accommodates 100 passengers and 52 crew members, and was built in 2017. It is a modern, agile, fully stabilized ship, sailing under the United States flag 🇺🇸 and prepared to navigate remote destinations with high safety standards. Measuring approximately 72.9 meters in length and 13.4 meters in beam, the Quest offers comfort, technology, and sustainability on every journey.

The frequent arrival of this vessel to Urabá, Chocó, reflects the growing international interest in our biodiversity, coastlines, and natural landscapes 🌿🐬. Operations like these strengthen sustainable tourism, an activity that boosts the local economy and promotes the conservation of our ecosystems.

At PRACYMAR, we are proud of the role we play in making these operations possible. Our Harbor Pilots accompany every arrival with professionalism and precision, ensuring safe and efficient maneuvers ⚓✨.
