PRACYMAR S.A.S Hosted ANPRA Board Meeting in Turbo, Antioquia

On July 24 and 25, 2025, PRACYMAR S.A.S had the honor of hosting the Board of Directors of ANPRA (National Association of Pilots of Colombia), in a meeting that combined industry reflection with the value of closeness, family, and community building.

On July 24, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, Captain Luis Guillermo Vanegas Silva and his wife Lourdes Bueno Bellucci, representing PRACYMAR, offered a welcome dinner in Turbo, Antioquia, to receive the distinguished pilots who arrived from different regions of the country, including:

• Carlos Jorge Dahl Pareja, from Tecnimar (Cartagena)

• Robert Bustamante Gómez, representing Spilbur (Buenaventura)

• Luis Hernando Martínez Azcárate, from Pilotos del Pacífico (Buenaventura)

• Óscar Manuel Flórez Rodríguez, from Pilotos del Puerto de Barranquilla

• Jaime Alberto García Pulido, Javier Antonio Moreno Cortés, and Rodrigo Quintero Rodríguez, from PRACYMAR (Turbo)

We also had the privilege of the presence of Admiral Soltau, President of the ANPRA Board of Directors, whose leadership and approachable manner brought a valuable message of industry unity and shared vision. Also joining us were prominent representatives of the maritime sector, such as Captain of the Port Luis Gustavo Landazábal, Lieutenant Junior Grade Julián Martínez, and Mr. Germán Toro, representing the company Turbaduana.

This gathering became a special opportunity to share among colleagues, friends, and families—many of whom were accompanied by their wives, key figures who provide support and stability to our pilots and who, with their presence, added a special touch of warmth to the evening.

On July 25, the official ANPRA Board of Directors meeting was held, presided over by Admiral Soltau Ospina, a figure of great experience and leadership within the Colombian maritime industry. Under his guidance, key issues related to the exercise of practical piloting in Colombia were discussed, reaffirming the association’s commitment to safety, efficiency, and professionalism in the national maritime sector.
